Learners will cover the anatomy of the nails, hands, and arms, understand the principles of UV and LED gel treatments, and be able to carry out these treatments safely. Mandatory units include: • UV or LED Gel Nail Polish Treatments Learner Requirements: There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification. Age Ranges: Entry is at the discretion of the centre; however, learners should be at least 16+ to undertake this qualification. There is no external examination linked to this qualification; however you will be required to complete internal theory tests and assignments for understanding and knowledge. Each learner is required to create a portfolio of evidence for written evidence, which demonstrates achievement of all the learning outcomes and the assessment criteria associated within each unit.
